clicked cancel 5 min after i placed order. requested seller to help to cancel it.

seller read msg but purposely ignored the msg and quickly packed package. it took them 5 days to arrange a courier guy to collect the item. in the mean time, i hav been trying and trying to contact seller to cancel it . again seller purposely ignored my request.

told lazada,they said i could reject during delivery. ( it is stated in their T&C, where customer can do so ). delivery refused to take back, and claimed lazada always trying to make their life easy and cause difficulty to the courier company, hence this courier guy again ignored and left. tried to contact lazada for dispute.

lazada immediately said, oh we cannot do anything . you gotta take the item by all means. i was IGNORED by SELLER, LAZADA CUSTOMER SERVICE, COURIER COMPANY..

such a *** company. Fxxx regret buying from lazada.

Yester received a small a small cover which tisse inside.than i went through tht web and confirmed scammer..lot ppl has scammed...

How come tht vendor still doing business there. Wht kind of protection lazada provided?

Customer service is absolutely useless.

We need to talk to someone who can look at the isdue and provide answers and not some useless automated recorded response which is useless ss same info is available on your order site Answer USELESS

If everytime items missing in parcel but lazada rejected the refund request. How do we be secured as a customer as we paid but did not received our item? The reason of reject is no evidence I did not receive my item, no proof. How do I proof as I already share the parcel photo and item inside the parcel? Should the seller proof that they did pack the item inside their parcel then? Stupid lazada never protect customer benefits.

I am a senior citizen trying to purchase a Tricycle for OKU consumers.
Parcel were delivered on NOV 11 ( 2 packages received).These parcel need assembly.
Upon sending for assemble, I was inform there is missing 2 items (battery and charger).
I notified LAZADA customer's service of missing item on NOV 12.
Till today, this is the decision by LAZADA :
"Based on our interaction, we had acknowledge for this return process. As we offer RM150 voucher for compensation by return and fully refund.

However the item need to be dismantle from your end in order our courier to pick up the item."
Please be informed that if buyer resist to follow this process, there will be no further action from our end.
How can I dismantle and repackage these large size items ready for LAZADA pickup?

I only need the battery & charger to complete the purchase.
1)Product satisfaction is GOOD.
2)LAZADA handling of missing items is unreasonable. Its deem that LAZADA doesn't want to solve the problem and let the buyer deal with the losses.
3) Purchase price for TRICYCLE w/lithium battery n charges: $2,948.01 TRICYCLE w/out lithium battery n charger $1,763.37
Is this LAZADA ethic and principle as an online E-commerce Giant?

Seller named ultimaxx99. Im unable to claim warranty for the product purchase via lazada platform

I have purchased a vacuum from the abovementioned seller on 10sep2022 under order number 345266****66732 and confirmed got 8 years warranty via lazada chat with them before buying the vacuum. However the vacuum spoilt after 3mths used so I have informed the seller via lazada chat on 26Jan2023 and asking how to claim the warranty for the vacuum.

I have sent numerous of the message to ask for the warranty claim on 27Jan2023, 28Jan2023, 31Jan2023, 1feb2023, 02feb2023, 11Feb2023 and 12FEB2023 but the seller has not replied for how to claim my warranty and no intention to replace or repair the vacuum for me as seller is aware that lazada apps is unable to give feedback or review after 30days of goods received. Although the vacuum is not expensive but i feels the lazada should take the necessary actions to this kind of seller and protect all customer's right who has purchased via lazada platforms to avoid this kind of bad seller try to cheats. If not, who dare to purchase goods via lazada platform.

I bought 7 pcs of Magsafe in 2 batches (of 3 & 4). Lazada acknowledged got problem with the power bank & initiated return. 1st batch of 3 sucessfully returned. 2nd batch, I am unable to select the return shipment method as per subject matter. I called customer service, I emailed. Different officer called & responded will revert. No one reverted resulting my return been cancelled by Lazada system. Im submitting to tribunal if Lazada do not refund me !

Hello, I want to complain about the bad attitude and irresponsibility of the staff at the Lazada customer service center. I bought a birthday backboard from their platform.

They made it free of charge to write my name and record of my birthday. As a result, I got a lot of information after buying it. There was no reply, so I contacted the service staff of the Lazada platform. I met a service staff named Amin who was very aggressive.

He said that he didnt care about his platform.

Its none of their business whether you, the customer, have to wait if you use his platform to make purchases. I hope you can seriously see the irresponsible and cheating behavior of big platforms,You can check the 24/3 2-3pm chat history to see if they talk in a bad manner
