Lazada getting bad this days. steal customer money.. my refund for item Iphone 11 pro havent get till now. RM5599 already reported to kpdnkk and nccc. soon to tribunal. asked me to wait for 15 working days. i bought from their stupid LAZMALL APPLE STORE. then cancelled due to they promised sent in a day. but lied to me. upon pay suddenly change to 1-3 days. Their LAZADA KPDNKK staff also useless. they acted like they will look into the matter. after 15 working days.. (3 weeks) come back to me and said TRANSACTION FAILED. CIBAI THIS LAZADA. took them 15 working days to see the transaction failed.. *** liar .. all those who got cheated by lazada.. file ur report to tribunal. After Alibaba group took over LAZADA. they become useless , bad and CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO USELESS. and FINANCE TEAM more cb. hide behind CS. ask to call and verify regarding the failed transaction.said finance team cannot call. Now this case under tribunal.. after this still they did not pay. will bring to court. rm5599.. cb steal customer money.

we shall all talk bad about lazada at other collaboration website with Lazada. such as Tao bao/ aliexpress/ ***. and get them to kick out lazada in the future. Lazada will face recession and knowing treating the customer more valuable than scam seller.

Agree with you Lazada is stealing cheating money from customer especially for pricey items... I am having the same experience now.... refund is nowhere to be seen after 2 weeks and I guess it will drag longer... mind to share what other channels you had complained to?

Experience the same problem on my order. System mentioned delivered on 11 August on 10.58pm by LEX MY guy named Ahmadnorfdazrul kamarudin, but actual item not received. Proof of delivery is just a dot!! How terrible it is!!

According to the Lazada Malaysia shipping & delivery policy, you can see the maximum delivery date in your Lazada account:
  • click on the ‘Account’ tab and under the ‘My Orders’ section in Lazada app;
  • click on ‘To Ship’ or ‘To Receive’;

You should drop off the item at the selected drop off courier partner location within 3 working days. Based on the Lazada FAQ page, if your delivery failed, your parcel can be delivered the next day. If this doesn't happen you should contact Lazada Malaysia customer service, provide your order number and the item’s details. They will help you to resolve the problem.
