Ordered backpack payment delivery between 10 to 15august. Confirmation received tht delivery is under shipment. Collected the item open the item find out wrong item. They messed up ask customer to return back i said cn but i want my order to be deliver back but they said they will refund. Trustworthy poor delivery process. Easily say sorry n mentioned may b merchant mistakes.
