I bought a harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker 4 on 11.11. I have to stay awake at midnight to grab at the super duper offer! Rm399. Look, the thing is not about cheap but the time and effort paid for such an order and such an occasion which has been hoo haa about in the internet.

After a month, still no news after many calls log in, on the delivery and lastly they refund me.

what is this? Can’t deliver and then refund. Yes, it’s better than nothing but don’t over commit if you can’t deliver lah.

Might as well don’t sell lah brother.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Sharp practice of holding onto customers money.
