Cancel order is not given refund after more than 10 days despite having dealt with the Lazada live agent

Despite dealing with customer service, my order placed on Sept 2 told by supplier to cancel on the same date but till today no refund is given. What happened is this particular seller indicated that he is shipping the products which he is not doing and the live agent whom I called up said that she has cancelled for me did not do that. A delay of 12 days and today I spoke to a customer service personnel and she is very helpful. She explained to me the problem and helped me to cancel the order but refund will be in 5 working days. Angry

Seller ask to cancel order after weeks with reason of out of stock. Lazada refund the money to wallet which I never activate without my consent/option. I have to active wallet to enable transfer to my linked bank account. Then the stupid process cycling and vicious. Lazada ask to contact customer service because of security reasone. Then call customer service, they asked snapshot as proof of the evidence. Such a security reasons must be in the system, right?.Then what.....? Conclusions; Stupid seller, stupid customer service, stupid lazada....everything put the difficulties on customer to solve the problems created by LAZADA

May we know the shipping detail is updated by Lazada or courier ?because we got 2 parcels that customers already received the parcel by pos laju which help ninja van( our origin courier)to send out our parcels but now already almost 1 week the shipping detail didn't have any updated. May we know how can we do now to update the shipping detail and receive the payment ?

Dear Lazada M'sia,

i want to complaint

order no.274313****78547

i received wrong item which the price is 50% lower from what i have paid. So, disappointed where i order rm199 carpet but i received rm99 carpet.

Is totally different type of carpet &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; wonder how this seller can make this mistake without checking. If customer did not check properly we only noticed we have received different design but after we go back to seller page, we found they send the cheap carpet.

I've chat with seller & ask to refund the balance rm100 to me. Seller did not even say sorry & offered for next purchase voucher. How can I'm going to purchase again from the same seller which is not reliable.

So, I've rejected their offered & requested for refund voucher which i can buy from others seller in Lazada.

They said they couldn't do that because they are not Lazada.

Pls help , how can i get my refund. I got know time to repack & return back the item.

I bought a printer on Lazada, the seller stated in description that the printer is mobile printing enabled, which is the sole reason of my purchase. Turns out, the printer cannot print from mobile at all. So the product listing is misleading or dishonest.

I returned the item, the seller rejected my return saying I bought the correct model without mobile printing. I disputed, Lazada asked me to return the product to the seller for evaluation and final decision. This raise alarm bells to me. There is nothing to further evaluate, the seller is perfectly aware of the product she sold to me, she just didnt wanna admit her mistake or dishonesty (I chatted with her on WhatsApp prior to the return).

So I talked to customer care, I wanna know how Lazada is going to protect my interest as a customer, in the event the seller keeps my money and the product same time, if I return it. This agent named MUHAMAD AFIQ ISKANDAR MUHAMAD KHAIRUDDIN, was not helpful, didn't understand what I was asking, gave me vague answers. I had to keep repeating my asks, then he gave me *** attitude. Towards the end I lost it and I called him dumb and an idiot, which I probably shouldnt have but he really pushed my buttons.

All I can say is, Lazada is losing a customer. And I spend loads on the platform, almost daily purchase...

I have problem to my missing item???.

She put that the item delivered but i don't receive anything i contact her but she keep on promising the day so i still give a chance last day she said the item come on October 2 now it's already October 2 and i asked here again now she replied to me that the courier no send the item on Saturday and Sunday my concern is she cannot commit the day or give a date of delivery without asking or confirm to courier which day they can delivered or not they doing business so they must know well than me that the courier company have the day off for delivery there's so many Monday and Tuesday in a calendar she making me stupid and lied a lot to me we are the buyer you earn from us too if you don't have buyer where did you get your salary so this is your obligation to talk to this very bad seller she's like a spider making a story while the customer believe to her lies you get what i mean beside she put in a detail to her page is 3-5 working days if i'm not mistaken i bought the item to her on September 17 now what day already hope you taken an action regarding to my complain thank you.
