Parcel lambat smpai

Saya order dari 9/9.... Barang dalam Malaysia je. Tapi tak sampai lagi. Bila track, nama courier semua Ada dah. Bila chat Tanya, cakap on the way. Pembelian sebelum ni semua cepat sampai. My suggestion check Dan nilai balik company penghantaran yang Ada. Tapi ninja van saya respect. Cepat Dan konsisten hantar parcel. 3hari sampai. Sometimes, sabtu ahad pun sampan parcel kt rumah

It's really hard to call the customer service. I already solve the problem myself. Please increase your staff. And please put a lot of staff in the customer services section. It is really hard to talk to a customer service. I just try to use lazada more often after shoppee started to cheat their customer but the lazada customer services is much more worst compared to shoppee and other apps

Didnt received my item

As all my order from lazada reach n received by me, i am surprised now that i didn't receive my item. And i received notification from lazada that the delivery was cancel by the courier services. I never cancel my orders, and that is making me very sad and angry regarding this matter. Hopefully lazada can solve my problem. Thank you in advance.

Complain of driver bad attitude

I will like to launch a complain regarding the poor delivery service from Lazada. The driver (Victor) attitude was so bad upon the process of the delivery. On 3/6/2021 9:49am, he called and informed me that he will deliver the item to my address today and will call me again to arrange the time so that I can be there to receive the item. I didnt receive any call until 2:40pm. He called and claimed he had arrived at my condo lobby. I informed him that Im working and not at home, he supposed to call me to arrange the timing before he deliver the item to my address. He insisted me to COME BACK NOW to receive the item. I ask for alternative option and he requested me to say over the phone I xxx requested to rearrange the delivery time so that he can explain this to his company. I followed what he requested however after I said the sentences he requested, he claimed that I giving trouble to him and he dont know how to explain to the company. He was throwing tantrum over the phone and keep insisting me TO COME BACK HOME NOW TO RECEIVE THE ITEM. Ended up, I requested him to send the item to my office instead and he agreed. Upon receiving the item, he face to face said orang ni tak guna otak punya ( which mean this person didnt use brain) Dear Lazada, kindly look into this bad attitude issue from the driver. Thank you

I received a no brand phone from seller and he refused to accept my refund request and unable to Responsible for what he has did...and he claim that the phone are IMPORT SET... even though it's import set it must be the same brand of what he have showed in the picture...but what I received is totally different and the phone is totally FAKE AND ODD...the seller also NEVER replied my message that I sent to him and try to explain since the day I received the item...

Disappointed with your service

Hi, i wish to complaint regarding to my order that made 2 weeks ago. I'm really very disappointed with yours and seller's service. I have send many messages to your seller and really *** with their attitude. The seller don't even bothered to reply me. And i have also chat with your so call stupid automated CLEO chat system. I have been making complaints in this CLEO chat and your stupid system keep on replying me the same stupid messages.

I have made an order on the 9th July 2021. My order no is 291078****31013 a Pokok Longan Pin pong Hybrid. (Seller : GREEN EYES ENTERPRISE). For your information to date i have not received my order (Longan tree).

Since i'm not so happy with this seller, i wish to cancel my order and demand for an immediate refund.

I suggest you to have a proper and professional live chat system with customers and effective manners. Don't blow customers mind.

Hope to hear from you soonest possible and a favorable outcome.

Lastly, i'm so sorry for my outspoken manner. I hope you understand my situation.
