Delivery delay

Mine parcel Already arrive in distribution centre which normally within one day they will start to deliver the parcel but what I saw they delay it and write delay due to upcoming public holiday? I checked both selangor and KL dont have any public holiday coming up, try to contact the buyer also send to Lazada so only can contact Lazada , but Lazada only using chat bot which pretty useless

Not recomded this company bad customer service they just dont bother you after sending faulty peoducts

I bought a lg smart tv remote control. After they delivered i open the parcel and used it..what a fustration its not working.and returnig the product is a big hassle to much beaureaucry. Im not a it savvy so this causing me so much stress lazada is a bad organisation interested in making money greedy.my sugestion is they must at least a booth to throw on thier face all this screwed product on thier f...face

Saya membeli 2 unit penghawa dingin Daikin Inverter 1.0mp FTKU Deluxe pada 27 April 2022. Malangnya saya masih belum menerima barang tersebut. Im unable to click cancel as the customer service informed the item already packed. I was told to either reject the item upfront when the goods delivered or do a return/refund which is obviously a hassle. However their own courier company (LEX) do not even call customer or watsapp when goods delivered yet can put the status received by XXX. And customer service can't even solve a single thing but to keep telling u to return/refund. What a joke. If in another words why do I waste so many days just to settle this issue and escalate this issue when nothing can be done.
