Seller dispute refund and send the case to Lazada agent
I ordered 1 unit of wooden curtain rod. I received it.
Then once open I found some of the bracket got no holes to screw,1 Rod cracked the the edge, End cap also cracked. I send pictures to seller. Seller say return. Ii return through J&T drop off.
Today seller sent mag saying only received rod but accessories. I say it's in the black bag. Seller telling black bag empty. Seller telling got video proof when was unpack the return parcel.
She sent me video only the rod packing was open. Where is video when was unpacking the black bag. Now I am at J&T Bandar Puteri Klang ask for CCTV footage. The staff at counter telling the person in charge is on leave will be back after new year.
Then can retrieve the CCTV footage. 100% sure is lying

Inappropriate Delivery Method from Lex Courier
With due respect, I'm writing this to bring you notice that one of your rider has conducted an unacceptable behavior at our common property at Platinum Hill Condominium reported at different occasion on August 2022.
We received a report from residents regarding the unusual findings on their parcel inside their LOCKED mailbox. The parcels received in respective occasion are big and definitely can not fit through the slot in / mailbox window but the parcel ended up inside with a sign of broken at the mailbox hook.
We suspect that the courier had force open the mailbox and anyhow manage to lock the mailbox again.
Below are the details of the perpetrator:
Courier Name: Fadhil Ab Hamid
Delivery Partner: LEX MY
We believe that what ever 'sorcery' he had triggers a security breaches to the resident because if he is capable in opening the mailbox to drop parcel, he is also capable to open resident's mailbox for other reason.
In addition, this courier had vandalized building property i.e. mailbox so he can save his time instead of delivering the parcel to the unit.
Attached herewith are the screenshot of the same courier person who tasked to deliver parcel to all reported mailbox for your reference as well as a picture of parcel found inside mailbox on 15/8/22 and 18/8/22.

I ordered for 1 set supplement the postal picture shown buy 2 free 1 + 10s free supplement on 18.09.22 . Order received on 24.09.22 with 1 bottle only.
I trying chat with the seller but they only escape & give many excuse. As a consumer definitely we do check price in market. Now i paid for 1 set in full price & only get 1 bottle. So i felt scam by this seller.
The seller ID is 05LvHqWy & my order no is 346043****60673. The seller asked me bearing for the postage too if i need to return. Isn't unfair to consumer, right?
We paid for postage when order now shortly send product & bear against for return postage. Unreasonable & foolishness !

Your delivery man very bad attitude
When ask him to come later after 3 hours due to I'm not at home he say cannot you cancel your your order and order again. I told him I need the items because it's medicine.
Then he said in this case will deliver to you tomorrow then I agreed. Next day when I call around 11am to the same number your men said I cancel your items you order again. You not at home next time don't order. Tell in malay ( sudahlah you may order lagi in bukan susah sudah tunggu rumah untuk barang Jagan merayap) who is he to say this.
Delivery man number 019464****. Then rude and not respectful. What kind of delivery man you offered the job. Very bad attitude.
