Good morning, I'm Miss Wong from Ipoh, here to inform you that we had make an order on 6th August 20 and the Order Number: 258687****44165 from China almost 1 month, but we just received a message update on 28th August 20 that it said Delivery Falied, actually we didn't get any update from seller with the status but certainly said it delivery failed, how impossible that happen? We also already check the Tracking Number: LZXLA0000180130 which marked is send by ABX but it can't be find out our courier too.
Before that we also had send many message to the seller and Lazada center to ask for the status of our order but it didn't get any feedback and answer from both of you, we felt so disappointed and upset too, so can you please help us to check what happen to our order?
If really can't send to us so can we just cancel the order and ask for refund？ Please solve our problem ASAP, TQ. Here also attach together with the screen shot for your reference, thanks.
