Lazada Malaysia - Bad company policies and No CS Action Plan
Item from overseas came to Malaysia immigration by 14th December awaiting courier. One week later I contact lazada on my item stuck there no news.
Laz ask me to wait until 3rd Jan which is the last delivery date..Because of their company policy.. no actually action was taken.. empty promised... I waited till 3rd Jan..
and contacted Lazada on my item.. they finally willing to check for me. Next I received an email on my refund being processed. So how can I be satisfied as Laz has ignored my early enquiry, waited half month until the new year has come so that I can ask for Laz to check on my item..
and without even getting a reasonable answer or responds.. I was pushed into refund. So I wasted half month waiting for nothing.. this is HORRIBLE!
What's sort of responsibility to customer do your company provide to the customer? Is this even align to the vision , mission or core value of your company?
