I have the same issues with Delivery. Item order at 19/07.

Item pick up at the same day. Item deliver to Regional Hub at 20/17. Nightmare start. Parcel keep pending at Regional Hub.

Expected delivery is between 22-26/17. I calm down and just keep waiting. at date 25/17, I facebook message lazada. CS name "ROSE" reply me that it still within the delivery time frame.

Ask me to wait. Fine, let give them last chance. Date 26/17, Item still not yet received. Live chat with Lazada CS.

She also do not know anything. I check my email. Find out there is a email from Lazada saying that sorry. Item will be delay another 5 days for delivery????????????

WTF.. .what happen? manpower shortage? Item broken?

Item missing? Warehouse fire??? So I will fail a complaint to SKMM.

Anybody who have courrier issues can fail complaint to SKMM. My first time have postage delay issues.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Lazada Malaysia Cons: Bad delivery service, Poor response time, Customer services.
