I have tried to refund an item purchased within the 7-days grace period as mentioned in the Lazada site, for whatever reason that the refund was failed, it was not explained in detail to me. Even so, Lazada has not return my item back to me as they mentioned an operator will contact me for the goods to return.

After 2 weeks waiting I have contacted the online Lazada Customer Service Center but they could not track my item, giving the reason I have no return tracking number, and that they will have an operator to contact me on the return of my item. It has been a week long now since and nobody has contacted me which has been a total of 1 month for the entire process.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Timely delivery, Easy to use.

I didn't like: Bad refund policy within 7 days, Poor after sales service.
