BE CAREFUL on the new tricks cheating consumer, where seller do not have stock / parcel lost in transit / stucked parcel, but lock your payment by changing the order status to shipped. By doing that, you will no longer able to cancel your order and not able to get your refund, to wait for a stock that will never reach your end because when you call to Lazada, they can't give you what date exactly you will get the item (and most likely you won't get the item forever).
Item ordered on 25th Dec 2019, expected delivery between 28th Dec to 2nd Jan
Case ID # 205000****590569 logged on 4th Jan, Lazada advised me to wait until 6th Jan.
Promise to me if longer than 6th, they will help me process the cancellation.
Case ID # 205000****709769 logged on 7th Jan, Lazada said give them 2 working days to send me email for cancellation confirmation.
Today at 9th Jan not receiving anything, thus I call to Lazada again and they ask me to wait for another 48 hours
What if after another 48 hours, Lazada ask me to wait again and again, should I log a police report?
What are the longest time I need to wait? 1 month, 3 months, 1 year or more than that?
Product or Service Mentioned: Huawei Cell Phone.
