New Reviewer1. My item is defective, however, lazada insist to send it back to customer.
2. Lazada claimed that they took a month to receive my returned item,but according to post laju tracking number, it arrived on fifth day after i sent it back.
3. Its customer service is suck! Different agents, different answers. Giving empty promises and ridiculous reason.
4. I won't buy Lazada product anymore and i also will advice my friends, colleagues, relatives and all the people who i know not to be cheated by Lazada.
5. I am not able to fill in online return form after two weeks i received the item and it caused me to use manual return form and paid Postage fee by myself.
6. I am not able to get back my postage fee as they rejected my returned item.
7. I have wasted my time, energy, money because of Lazada.
8. Advise for you all, be wise, don't buy Lazada product anymore as i am the victim to be shown and hopefully u all wont be the next pathetic victim.
