Order # 206301****95144 confirmed and paid on Aug 31 with message that order is packed and waiting for pickup by courier. When delivery date has lapsed on Sep 12 with no change in delivery status, initiated chat query with vendor.

Vendor never reply to chat request for update making it a useless tool. Chat with Lazada agent who responded that issue is escalated and will be responded in 24 to 48 hrs. Without notification and without my consent they cancelled my order...initially attributing to "unexpected system error at time of purchase" later "wrong pricing". There is a few things that are wrong here.

IF there was a genuine error why did Lazada wait for the customer to query before acting on it.

The wrong pricing excuse is dishonest...since they advertised competitive price to make sales...and was there even any intention to sell any existing item... There should be legislation against this kind of behaviour.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

I'm facing the same issue like you. I bought from machine malaysia for iphone 13 with 5% discount.

I found it after midnight so I will think this is flash sales and purchase it asap. After three days, machines called me said that lazada published their price wrongly so they want me to cancel. The lazada side as usual said they will check with seller but I know apparently they didnt. Machines keep telling me to cancel the order, I said no this is not my fault and please honoured my purchase.

After 7 days the seller canceled my order and let me hang. Cancellation reason- unable to fulfill order.

Hello, on your page still selling the same item as mine but why you cant fulfil mine? Machine malaysia you are giving me such an bad experience to be your customer!
