I will like to launch a complain regarding the poor delivery service from Lazada. The driver (Victor) attitude was so bad upon the process of the delivery.

On 3/6/2021 9:49am, he called and informed me that he will deliver the item to my address today and will call me again to arrange the time so that I can be there to receive the item. I didnt receive any call until 2:40pm. He called and claimed he had arrived at my condo lobby. I informed him that Im working and not at home, he supposed to call me to arrange the timing before he deliver the item to my address.

He insisted me to COME BACK NOW to receive the item. I ask for alternative option and he requested me to say over the phone I xxx requested to rearrange the delivery time so that he can explain this to his company. I followed what he requested however after I said the sentences he requested, he claimed that I giving trouble to him and he dont know how to explain to the company. He was throwing tantrum over the phone and keep insisting me TO COME BACK HOME NOW TO RECEIVE THE ITEM.

Ended up, I requested him to send the item to my office instead and he agreed.

Upon receiving the item, he face to face said orang ni tak guna otak punya ( which mean this person didnt use brain)

Dear Lazada, kindly look into this bad attitude issue from the driver. Thank you

Preferred solution: To advise the driver what is the correct attitude he need to have. .
