They rejected my refund as soon as I gave the shop a 1-star rating.

On Friday 20/11/2020, I received TWO wrong items from TWO different seller, namely:-
1. Irene Aquarium &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; Pet Saloon
(ordered Kiltix but received Advantix - order #268571****41338)
2. 1go2buy (ordered Denim Blue 4 ply mask 50pcs but received Sky Blue 3 ply masks 50pcs x 2 boxes)
On Monday 23/11/2020, I sent out both items to Poslaju together with the return labels.
Apparently Poslaju mixed it up and the masks was sent to Irene Aquarium instead of 1go2buy, so they rejected my refund request.
I've provided whatever evidence that I have, only to be ACCUSED of doing this intentionally.
Attached herewith are all the screenshot conversations I had with both parties for your reference.
I'm writing to make a complaint on Irene Aquarium and also to get this mess settled.
And to commend 1go2buy for being super cooperative that they've sent the right item even before I managed to return theirs.
Your kind attention and further action is very much appreciated.
