My withdrawal is delayed and the customer care agent didn't gave the accurate reason in the beginning. If the system cannot withdraw more than RM1000 there should be a notification regarding this matter in the system.
I have been waiting for more than a week to withdraw my money. During deduction the system respond damn quickly but during the withdrawal it is taking such a long time. I just need my money back. I already give all the info that was sent to my email.
The procedure is really dragging. Kindly let me have my money back and I won't come back to lazada anymore. I really had a very bad experience in using this app and the answer that the customer care gave is not satisfying at all. They are putting the blame on the system.
But it was created by human. Please I want my money back as soon as possible.
