Items has sat in warehouse not moving for 6 days contacted live chat which took a very long time to get them to Answer.They say it is being processed and will be with me by the delivery date and other 7days.

My second item is still being processed so I might get that next year if lucky. From reading all the other reviews they are living up to the parent company of Alibaba selling fake products, that is why they have been black listed in the USA.

I do not think I will be using there services again in the future.I will certainly check the company history first.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Slow delivery, Poor feedback to customer.
