 I paid for my order on 12th December 2017, but i didn't get my order number and confirmation email. Please fix this problem

Saya pun sama,order dibuat dan pembayaran telah dibuat pada 2/2/18.Tetapi tiada confirmation order.Dah buat aduan ke csc lazada,tiada apa2 tindakan balas.
