Order No.: 3712295242 I am extremely angry and dissapointed with Lazada. I have made order on 29/01/18 as per mentioned order no.

But I havent receive my order after 3 weeks of waiting. I do chat the live agent but none action has been done or taken. How did you guys do your job? Your side always mentioned to keep waiting.

Keep blame the courier company - SNT Global. myself need to follow up my order status with the courier company as their staff didn't do work of following up. I directly called them, what funny is they can say my delivery location they not covered. If like that why need almost 3 weeks only know about this.

Now i just need my case to solve within 1 week as i mentioned to your staff, En.Eqkky (Case No.: 07962211). I need my refund payment as soonest.

Product or Service Mentioned: Lazada Malaysia Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $102.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
