Sorry Yazid, that you have to experienced this with us. As we checked, the parcel have been returned to merchant due to multiple failed delivery attempts.

As for now, we are waiting confirmation from merchant on the parcel status, and we will proceed with refund and informing you via email once we get confirmation. - Melissa
