Lazada Malaysia - Dread Experience with LAZADA - Refund not process even follow up for several times

I have placed an order (order number: 376887795) in their website on 26/07/2017. However, the order suddenly disappear on 27/07/2017.
Call their CS to find out the issue. Their replied that the order was cancelled due to technical problem. They claimed will refund the money to me. On 02/08/2017, they email to me that the money will refund in 5-15 days business.
However, even several reminder sent out to them they just keep the standard reply that the money will refund to me in 5-15 days business day each time I follow up the refund status them. To date I still not received the refund and no any updated status for the refund.
Product or Service Mentioned: Lazada Malaysia Customer Care.
Reason of review: No refund.
Monetary Loss: $144.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Poor service, Lazada do not care about customer, Protect seller.
