Failed Deliveries and False Promises

I ordered seven items from Lazada in January:

- three items were successfully delivered;

- two items were not delivered and I was refunded;

- two items were not delivered and I am still awaiting a 340RM refund for the items.

I have correspondence of over twenty emails with Lazada representatives. I have made at least five phone calls to Lazada. I have been repeatedly told I will be refunded; six months later, I am still yet to receive a refund.

I have been repeatedly lied to by Lazada Representatives. Have been promised a call from a manager, this has not happened.

Each representative gives a different reason for not receiving the refund, examples include: they are waiting for a certain number of business days for the transaction to approve; they need the status of the order to change on their computer system; the refunds team need to authorise the refund; they are waiting for the delivery company to confirm the item has not been delivered. Clearly, with no common explanation given, all of these explanations are unfounded in reality.
