Lazada Malaysia - From 35 days still waiting for nothing
Hi Lazada, a promised was made on (03/5/16) that my parcel will arrive within 2 working days but till now I still haven receive my parcel.I wonder is this kind of efficiency and attitude a big company impose?
It has been the 35 days from the day I made the purchase. This is ridiculous. I couldn't find any email on the website to lodge a complaint, is that because the relevant authority worry the bad service will be known by public? If Lazada has lost my parcel, please resend a new item to me rather than asking me keep waiting.
Estimated time was 3-4 May but this is way too long. I dont what's happening to the courier service of Lazada but apparently this isn't the right attitude to customer. Although there's tracking number but I have nowhere to check my parcel except showing shipping status and Lazada just keep me waiting and waiting. It's either refund or Lazada has to send me another new item.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $266.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Lazada Malaysia Cons: Long delivery leadtime, Poor response time, Rude helpline and customer service, Poor service, Cheat me.

Would it be ok to name the vendor? Lazada should out the bad vendors!!
Lazada should vet the vendors before accepting them!!
