I did bought a lot of things from LAZADA included 2 units 60'' TV. its cost a lot.
But in the end, I only received the rest of the items exclude TV. So I make a email, call to lazada. But they ask for time for investigate. its take time more than 1 month.
and lazada told me that the items is delivered. i was check though cctv and 100% confirmed that is no TV delivery on the date that lazada give me.
I am very angry with this case. Do anyone know consumer complain association and able to help?
