Resolved: Lazada Malaysia - I still haven't received my parcel yet!
Where is my items? Status updated delivery, but to whom you sending?
No signature when delivery?? I put office address, but you deliver at night? You give to whom? Why not you call me if you want to delivered?
The items I purchase still not obtained Promised in 48hrs to updated status, until now, no feedback from you!. Called the customer service center a couple of times and they keep saying will updated and we will email you regarding the status of the product so far there's nothing, no call no emails. Lazada has pretty good deals online as for e-commerce platform but you really need to work on your customer service and delivery system.
I'm your regular customer but if like this your service i won't be considering lazada anymore for online purchasing. Poor service from you!
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $60.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

Lazada's delivery lead time is good~within 1 week. However everytime you check your order it will be "sitting in their regional hub" for ages....
About 3 days, no updates, etc...
The item('s) are literally laying eggs there... I dont think I will buy from them again.
