Bought a washing machine and post purchasing, the seller didn't respond neither update on the delivery.
Call Lazada to cancel but informed that need to wait for 14 days to cancel if it's not delivered. After waited for more than 2 weeks, called on 15th day to cancel, 3 different Customer service have given separate explanation on the cancellation process.
Requested to wait for another 3 to 5 days for Lazada to inform me if they can cancel the item.
I have paid in full and waited for the item, meanwhile suffer without washing machine at home. While Lazada couldn't be bothered with the inconvenience caused.
When i requested if they can inform or assure if the cancellation will take place, as i wanted to place order from another Seller. The Customer Service said their internal team will take up to 5 days to finalise the cancellation.
This was a nightmare experience with Lazada after having paid the money and no delivery further putting up with their irresponsible Customer Service.
User's recommendation: Please do bot use this platform to buy expensive and necessity items.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Lazada Malaysia Pros: Products and reasonable pricing, Simple payment.
Lazada Malaysia Cons: No contact number, Unknown survey received caused cheated, Online customer service is not intuitive and frustrating.
