Placed my order on 10/04/2018, and yet to receive until today 15/05/2018. Contacted the seller to check my order, he/she asked me to contact LAZADA HELP CENTRE to check the reason of failed delivery (noticed the reason as "lost item", what?

Wtf) There is no wrong with my shipping address. I tried to contact with the seller after that but no more response from him/her. The status of delivery updated as cancelled and "refund process is completed and via Voucher". What it means by refund via VOUCHER?

What kind of voucher? Anyone knows? I have checked my bank's account, no transaction of the amount been refunded at all. Where is my money and where is my order gone to!?

Very Bad online shopping experience, both money and order lost in space, worsen when meeting such irresponsible seller! Wtf
