I have been contacted the seller to check the status because I would like cancel my order as the status showed he has not shipped yet. But this seller was not responsive.
About 3-4 messages have been sent.
Then I contacted Lazada to cancel my order. Lazada tried to contact the seller and feedback to me after few days. As since I can see the order is not shipped yet, so I negotiated with Lazada to cancel the order and Lazada customer service agent said she will help me to cancel the order. But then it is not the case.
After few days, the seller processed the order and mentioned it will hand to courier. Lazada has the chance the cancel for me but they are not fulfilling their commitment to me. Scam.
I thought Lazada will cancel for me because the whole week i can see the order still stucked under "to ship". just yesterday evening the seller updated the status "to receive" and I contacted Lazada again.
And Lazada said they can't cancel as the order has been shipped.
What???!!! previously Lazada can help me to cancel the order before it ship but they are not doing that. I asked the agent to confirm i will get full refund and she said yes after go through the refund process.
But after that the email she sent was not mentioned this. Scam!
Please help me to get the refund back.
User's recommendation: Dont ever buy anything from Lazada. Bluff customer and not trustworthy.
