When they 1st delivered, I was working, so I requested to change address I view of the parcel is a valuable item. Then I called customer service a day later.

They told me can't change address, can't go for self collection & can't set time of delivery, so what is lazada expecting me to do? Finally I managed to push through to talk to local agent, Fauzi promised to request the delivery guy to send on today, 12/1/19 before 11am, but I still haven't received any call.. I proceeded to live chat, this Nazirah said she can't help, the delivery is from 9am to 6pm.

I requested the refund if the parcel don't receive by 12pm and she said OK, but the refund will be only thru wallet. I already so pissed off, will I continue to buy any item from you is already questionable, its my money, why I can't request for giro payment or refund to my credit card

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Lazada Malaysia Cons: Failure to deliver and failure to take accountability, Very poor customer service, No available decent contacts to customer service, Talk without filter with the brain, Customer care.

Now worst is they said parcel already delivered to me without any call to me and there wasn't any people at home to collect the parcel. How could they be so irresponsible?
