Hi there, I made a purchase during 11-11 sale and item still stuck under Processing. Tracking no was provided by seller (WOW PHONE) but they didn't replied my chat enquiry ever.
Tracking no: MYMP000003756820 Based on tracking it is under Packing by seller since 15/11 Funny thing is I bought another item on 14/11 and it already arrived, also using LEL express. So, now is it seller issue or LEL issue?
I hope it can be resolved soon and this would be my last purchase from lazada ever. Never had any issues from shopee before.
