Hi there, I made a purchase during 11-11 sale and item still stuck under Processing. Tracking no was provided by seller (WOW PHONE) but they didn't replied my chat enquiry ever.

Tracking no: MYMP000003756820 Based on tracking it is under Packing by seller since 15/11 Funny thing is I bought another item on 14/11 and it already arrived, also using LEL express. So, now is it seller issue or LEL issue?

I hope it can be resolved soon and this would be my last purchase from lazada ever. Never had any issues from shopee before.

Just comparing how big companies like Lazada and Amazon packed items ordered by their customers. Lazada use bubble wrap and plastic pouch while Amazon use bubble wrap and box regardless of the item size. Enclosed is a self-address sticker in case you decide to return the item.
