Lazada Malaysia - Item sold directly by Lazada still not delivered despite being sent almost 2 weeks ago by local courier
Bought the above headphones which was sold directly by Lazada. Received an email from them the next day saying that the item was despatched out already together with a tracking number.
Checked the courier website and the number didn't exist. Proceeded to contact customer service but still no reply till today on the order progress which was approximately 10 days ago. Wrote a follow up email after which will seek a full refund if not satisfactorily dealt with. Would not buy anything anymore from this company.
Totally dissapointed with the online shopping experience this time around. Probably trying to scam people out of their hard earned money.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $309.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
