Lazada cheating customers. I have paid on 2nd November. and until today i have not received my items. Called lazada, no one entertaining my request nor helping me. chatted with storm online the supplier, they are not taking any action on my items. According to storm online, they mentioned they have not received the payment. When check with lazada, they said will call me back within a day, but until today no one has return any call with regards to my order. What is happening?

i already mentioned this earlier during i made my payment
lazada system portal has someissue
even thou i updated to my office address, it still shows as my home address
FYI, no one is at home during office hours.
thats why i immediately updated to my office address, prior before making the purchase and using my card to make payment
but unfortunately your lazada system is screwed up, even after i changed to my office adddres before making payment and i saved it, at then end of the invoiec i realise it shows my home address
so now whos fault is this
so what i did, on the 2nd of nov, i immediately called up your customer service and logde a complain on this
to delivere to my office address
since today no one has call me back to confirm
lazada team just ignored my ordered
its my initiative to call and follolwu p
not lazada
