I have always enjoyed buying from Lazada until suddenly they use LEX service. This is a poor delivery system.
They won't give you a valid ninjavan tracking number because they are not actually sending the item. They are just buying time, so the purchase cant be canceled and the customers will have no choice but to wait. As you can see in the picture, I ordered on 20sep but it is stuck at LEX until today. The item will be delayed for no reason and nothing you can do.
You dont have a valid tracking number and you cant ask for refund hahaha.
Before this I will get the item in 3 days but now my item is stuck at LEX warehouse for almost 2 weeks. Nevermind, I wont buy from Lazada, no more..
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
Monetary Loss: $125.
