Lazada Malaysia - Worst delivery i ever encounter

Purchase a dining set, come with broken chair and chipped off table top. Requested for exchange and after 1 month, still do not have any feedback from them. Worst is, when I contacted them thru live agent, (Many many times), no one can even let me know what is the status now. I think I might have burn my RM1.5k for the dining table set.
