Missed out the very first mistake done by lazada and ignored it. I had to call GDEX to correct it to get my item.

Lazada missed out my house number in the delivery address, due to it, GDEX put a remark incomplete address and didnt bother to call me as well..

delay aftet delay, and call after call which i have to make during office hours, and every call to lazada you got to wait for 15 to 30 mins for someone to attend you. My last communication with lazada today was very unpleasant with Ain Sofia

Very first time made a purchase with Lazada, a wired and a wireless ps2 joystick. Information in Lazada web and app shows only one GDEX tracking NO.

First of all extremely poor customer service giving wrong information due to lack of English language communication skills, second very defensive, and rude. I have to call them all the time to get an update. Gdex delivered one item, and said they dont have another one from lazada. Call again lazada item miss in transit.

They simply told me to go trough the whole cycle again or money refund 3 working days. They are least concerned and showed any empathy. Its like, " ok i got other customer waiting, make your mind and do the best you think "..

never had any problem all the while with groupon, excellent service. Regret my purchase in Lazada.
