Lazada Malaysia Skynet delivery
I placed an order on 11/11/2107 and received email from Lazada delivery will be done by Skynet from 15 to 18/11 . I started to track from Skynet about my delivery and also tried to call their office to check.
Out of not less than 10 times I called only one time answer and no answer given. I do called Lazada customer service two times and they only said sorry (also sent email few times to said sorry). The last call said will arrived on 27/11 but today I checked Skynet that is no arrangement yet for delivery.
Anyone or Lazada can give me some advice on this kind of case.? I have decided if that is no delivery on Monday, I will cancel the order.
