Despite many attempts to call Lazada and my credit card complaining they charge me for things that i didn't bought but still fall on deaf ears. It has been a month and yet it didn't even take any action.
Yet I my card been charge for a 2nd time with a total of RM1600 plus for things I didn't buy.
Have lodge a complain to my credit card bank but they could not do anything unless Lazada cancel or refund me the money. It has not been resolve until now.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1802.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
