I have waited almost a month and have yet to receive my phone. Gdex said package lost claiming insurance but lazada tell me fkup excuse "sorry due to high traffic in 11.11"
I seriously doubt lazada have proper communication with gdex.
As per comments below mention: cant handle 11.11 dont do 11.11 promo.
Though my case is lost package and lazada tried to hide this.
Since theres many unfortunate comradez, is there a way to report this to any relevant dept or goverment dept?
