My sister ordered an Omen gaming laptop and it's scheduled to be sent between 11 to 17 July 2018. On the 11 july, my sister got a message from a guy saying that he got her package instead.

I checked the order tracking and it's said that our package is still processing and being sent to logistics partner.

The guy that got her package told us that he will return it back but still, this kind of problem is not okay. I hope you would improve your service.
