This is my first time Purchase smartphone on Lazada, order made on 11NOV 17,order id 355621911. System show item pick up by LEX 13thNOV then no more information show up.

Got no email or any info about the tracking number ,till now I’m still haven’t receive my item & no clue where it is.

I’ve call LAZADA customers service and they tell my they also no clue where is my parcel in,I’m really disappointed with Lazada Malaysia, I’ve purchased so many time from Taobao and they can ship my item to me whitin 5days ,from Lazada Malaysia it needs nearly half month & still didn’t ship yet! Please reply me ASAP I’m really exhausted and Urgent.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $1650.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Lying to customer about the delivery.

Me same problem, pass 1 month still no receive item buy from lazada Taobao. Sad
