Lazada block my access to talk to your customer service live chat. No update at all about my refund. By end of this week, no refund, I'm going to make police report against lazada for cheating my money. Attached is earphone that I received instead of soundbar.
So I decided to get back my refund due to what I have received not as what I pay for and I don't want to support the seller which can end up more worse. I have been asking for refund since 3 weeks ago and there is no urgency from your side to refund and don't even care to update your customer.
