my order was verified on 13/july/15 per their tracking records and updated.Having understood our msia hari raya holidays which was on 17/july/15,i just assume my order would arrive after 20/july as Lazada MSIA specified delivery from 17/july-22/july.I called many times without success and only managed to talk to customer service latest was 22/july/15 afternoon.I sent several emails and got reply that 14/july/15 the item was packed and in their merchant warehouse ready to ship.Yesterday 22/july/15,customer service told me many reasons that the courier company Gdex never go to pick up the item for delivery.I called Gdex and they said this is not true.WHERE WENT WRONG BETWEEN LAZADA MSIA AND MERCHANDISE COMPANY,I NEVER KNOW.THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED.I SENT EMAIL AGAIN THIS MORNING,HOPE TO HEAR REPLY.

I would like to know why my item that I order from 08/09/2017 not delivery on time within 07/10/2017 this is almost 1 month my order not delivery.so I hope your company can solve this problem as soon as possible.

seriusly,who ever comment lazada have a good service is actually their staff or paid to comment.Trust me,4 order, 1st order defect led tv which is just open from box.2nd order RC takes 3 weeks not deliver as mention only takes 2 to 4 working days and end of the day I've cancel due to dissapointent.3rd order inflex sofa,given spoil and defect item when open box.Call Customer Service to solve the problem for exhange,they hold me and enggage on the line with them for hours and hours till my phone bill reach almost RM100 just only by calling Lazada Help Line that is absolutely not even helpfull at all.Its totally pain in the ***.I have given many solution to them,said want to confirm first with replacement team and will revert back,suddenly receive notification informing have proceed with the order while I'm not around outstation.The best part even the supervisor dont even bother and ignore our issue.This issue are from end of February till date and currently liasing with lawyer.Have advice this case can take legal action and will persue if necessary.Who ever have issue,please do not hesitate to take legal action and know your consumer rights.Dont let self be cheated.Take words from who have experience it,not by words who are being paid to comment as a real consumer who really knows the real truth.

yes,paid and up to today 25/july/15,no reply from Lazada Msia on up-date on delivery.Even i ask Gdex to assist
