I have updated the default shipping address before I made the payment to the order. However the shipping address in the order confirmation email is still the old address.

When i called up Lazada to request for update of shipping address, they told me directly coordinate with the courier service as they cannot do anything as the parcel is already under processing status and they even query me back that I did not check my address before making the payment. This is just extremely disappointed!!!!!!!! They made mistake on the information update but they do not want to take responsibility but to push the responsibility to me as customer and keep telling me they cannot do a thing!!!!

The customer care officer also very irresponsible. I gave her the order ID and she kept telling me its the wrong ID without checking properly until I requested her to double and triple checking only she admitted that its her mistake that she overlook the items!!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
