i have bought the item, order#208935967879731 on 26 oct 2018. but as at todate, i did not received the parcel yet and it is still in the processing and not updated. i have text him but no reply. is there any problems with the parcel? the parcel should arrive on 3rd November 2018.
if the product cannot be deliver, i would like to cancel the order since i have waited for so long and i have to use it.
there is no updates by lazada.
who should be responsible to it?
