Not only late delivery but also attitude is rude.
LEX told me that parcel being returned back to seller when I went to their center to check the late delivery and to collect my parcel. Their reason of sending back to seller was the packaging was broken.
They did not get my consent to return back to seller. They did not update status of delivery in the Lazada system and also did not notify me. Since they did not update the return status, I was not able to cancel the order and to apply refunding.
Another parcel was still stuck in the center. They forgot to get my signature when I collected it.
LEX staff signed my name without my permission first. They only notified me after they had signed on behalf.
Luckily they did notify me. How could we trust them - they can do this without customer's consent!
User's recommendation: Please improve your courier service or else just change your courier provider service!
Preferred solution: Full refund.
