Lazada Malaysia - REALLY bad delivery service
I have received an email from Lazada 5 days ago stating that my item will be delivered within 24 hours.3 days later,I called the customer service asking about my item and the told me they will deliver the item by tomorrow and the next day the item is still not here. I called them again and they told me my item was still on hold and told me to do a self-pickup if I wanted my item on by today.This is infuriating and told them to make sure my item is delivered the next day. Guess what?They told me they could not make any promises and unsure they will be able to deliver as requested.Is this some kind of joke?
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Lazada Malaysia Cons: Bad delivery service, Lying to the customer about the delivery date.
