Lazada made an error regarding my shipping address. it is incomplete and the line that is missing is important for the item to be delivered to me.
I typed my address correctly in the system and every time you send me an email, I have responded with the correct address.
It is obvious that you system must have made the error, by ommitting this important line.
And Lazada does not respond to the replies of the emails they send.
However the address is still incomplete.
I have tried to chat with your live chat and it is utter frustration. Wasted my time and given up.
I tried to find a contact number and none is available.
My order number is 211028057513227 and has been shipped and will be soon out for delivery.
P.S. It is also frustrating that you insist the response must be 100 words.
I have already explained my issue.
