Lazada Malaysia - Receive an damaged item and Lazada didn't refund my money after one month
I bought a bulky item from Lazada and received it on 8 May but the item was damaged.
Lazada promised to pick up within 5 days but it has been one month, they still didn't come to collect and didn't refund my money.
I have contacted Lazada more than 10 times but their customer service always ask me to wait for few days and they will send an email to update me. However, there is no email at all.
I have already file my complaint to KPDNKK, I advise you to do the same if you're experiencing the same problem as me. Here is the link, https://e-aduan.kpdnkk.gov.my/
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $445.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
